Ya Karim breaks his maiden on his second start

Yesterday we sent Ya Karim to Yarmouth to run in the ‘British Stallion Studs Future Stayers EBF Novice Stakes’ for owner Mohammed Jaber. The 2 year old son of Ghaiyyath had put in a very pleasing debut at Kempton the beginning of September when finishing 3rd behind Item who holds a Group 1 entry in the Futurity Trophy at Doncaster. Going into the race yesterday we hoped to see a strong run from him as he had shown improvement from his debut race at home. He made all in his race yesterday and won comfortably by a length. He is a nice horse and we look forward to seeing what he can do for his owner Mohammed Jaber.
