Two runners travel to Wolverhampton and Windsor

Today we send Magical Merlin to Wolverhampton and Hydration to Windsor.

Magical Merlin is our first runner of the day and runs in the ‘Download Fitzdares For Free Race Streaming Handicap’ for owners Paul Inglett & Beckhampton Racing. He won over 6 furlongs at Windsor as a 2 year old on good to soft ground and made his three year old debut at Kempton last month back over 6 furlongs putting in an encouraging performance. Today he steps up to 7 furlongs for the first time which he should hopefully appreciate the extra furlong. The race today has a field of 5 runners and he has been drawn 5. Hydration runs in the ‘Royal Windsor Supports Developmental Races Novice Stakes’ for owner Brook Farm Bloodstock. He is a 3 year old by Oasis Dream who has had two career starts prior to today as a two year old and won his most recent. Both of his starts have been over 7 furlongs and today makes his 3 year old debut as a gelding and dropped back to 6 furlongs. The race today has a field of 6 runners and he has been drawn 4.
