Two runners travel to Sandown

Sleeping Lion is our first runner of the day and runs in the ‘Racehorse Lotto Henry II Stakes (Group 3)’ for owners Merry Fox Stud Limited. He is an 8 year old gelding by Teofilo and has had a total of 27 career starts so far. This has included 5 wins, 4 2nds and 4 3rds which included a French Listed race in December 2021. Today he goes up in to Group 3 company in a field of 5 runners, he has been drawn 3 with Ryan Moore taking the ride.

Greek Order is our second runner of the day and runs in the ‘Get Your Racehorse Lotto Tickets Now Handicap’ for owners Juddmonte. He is a three year old colt by Kingman who has had three career starts so far all over 7 furlongs and has been placed on each occassion. Today he makes his handicap debut with a mark of 80 and a small step up in trip to a mile. The race has a field of 15 runners and he has been drawn 8. Ryan Moore takes the ride.
