Two runners travel to Salisbury
Today we send two runners to Salisbury.
Hand Of God is our first runner of the day and runs in the ‘Byerley Stud Novice Stakes’ for owner Mohammed Jaber. He is a two year old colt by Churchill who has had just the one career start so far. He made his racecourse debut at Ffos Las on the 25th August over 7 and a half furlongs and put in a very promising performance to finish 4th out of 9. Today he steps up in trip to a mile in a field of 12 runners. He has been drawn 2 with Clifford Lee taking the ride.
Alice Knyvet is our second runner of the day and runs in the ‘Lester Aldridge Handicap’ for owners Juddmonte. She is a three year old filly by Acclamation who has had six career starts so far which has included 2 placings over a mile and winning her most recent start also over a mile at Leicester. Today she steps up in trip to 1 mile 2 furlongs for the first time in a field of 9 runners. She has been drawn 7 with Kevin Stott taking the ride.
