Two runners travel to Ascot and one runner heads to Newmarket

Zaman Jamil heads to Ascot to run in the ‘Dubai Duty Free Shergar Cup Sprint (Handicap)’ for owners Three Of A Kind. He is a three year old gelding by Invincible Spirit who is a winner of 2 races over 6 furlongs with one being his most recent run. He went to Goodwood last week but after getting upset in the stalls he had to be withdrawn from the race. He is absolutely fine and has since completed a stalls test. Today he continues over 6 furlongs and is back into Class 2 company. The race has a field of 10 runners and he has been drawn 2, Matthew Chadwick takes the ride.

Batal Dubai also heads to Ascot and takes on Zaman Jemil in the ‘Dubai Duty Free Shergar Cup Sprint (Handicap)’ but for owners Middleham Park racing LXIV and Partner. He is a winner of three races over 6 furlongs one being his latest start when stepped up into Class 2 company. He has been drawn 7 out of the 10 runners

Merlin The Wizard is our final runner of the day and heads to Newmarket to run in the ‘Molson Coors Brewery Company Handicap’ for owner Imad Alsagar. He is a three year old gelding by Camelot and a winner of 2 races from 5 starts as well as placing 2nd on debut. Today he steps back up to a mile and continues in Class 3 Handicaps. The race has a field of 19 runners
