Two runners head to Sandown and one runner heads to Doncaster

Tomorrow we send two runners to Sandown and one runner to Doncaster.

Our first runner of the day is Hand Of God who runs in the ‘bet365 Esher Cup Handicap’ at Sandown for owner Mohammed Jaber. He is a three year old colt by Churchill who had three career starts so far, all as a two year old. He finished his two year old season off by winning a Newmarket Maiden Stakes by just over 2 lengths. Not only does he make his three year old debut he also makes his handicap debut with a mark of 88. The race has a field of 8 runners and has been drawn 4. Ryan Moore takes the ride.

Okeechobee is our second runner of the day heading to Sandown. The five year old gelding by Time Test has had 5 career starts so far in which he has won three of them and placed 2nd in two of them. Having had a 550 day break from the racecourse he came out at Kempton on the 1st April this year and put in a very encouraging performace to finish 2nd in the Listed ‘Magnolia Stakes’. Tomorrow he runs in the Group 3 ‘Gordon Richards Stakes’ with a field of 7 runners. He has been drawn 2 with Ryan Moore taking the ride.

So Quiet is our final runner of the day and heads to Doncaster to run in the ‘Town Moor Business Club Novice Stakes’ for owners Turf Club 2022 Racing. He is a three year old gelding by Zoustar who made his racecourse debut at the start of March this year finishing 4th. He then came back out at the end of March and won a nice Novice Stakes at Kempton over 7 furlongs. The race has a field of 11 runners and he has been drawn 11. Trevor Whelan takes the ride.
