The dam Complexion was a winner of 1 race at 3 years. She is a Juddmonte bred mare who was later sold at the Tattersalls December Mare Sale for 80,000 gns. So far she has produced 4 winners from 6 runners which have included Group 3 winner Maid Up, who has also placed at Group 2 level. 2021 ex Complexion was purchased at the Tattersalls Book 2 sale for 120,000 gns.

Arolla

The Dam Icespire won on debut over 7 furlongs as a two-year-old. She also placed twice as a 3-year-old over 1 mile. Arolla is a half sister to Silvretta a 6 furlong winner and has also placed over 6 and 7 furlongs. Icespire is a half sister to Special Duty a winner of 4 races including the Group 1 Cheveley Park Stakes, the Group 1 ‘1,000 Guineas’ and the Group 1 Poule D’Essai Des Pouliches’. The family traces back to Sightcreek, a winner of 7 Group 1 races in America, 12 in total and earnt almost $2.5 million in prize money. She was Juddmonte’s most successful race filly / mare in terms of Group 1 wins until Enable.

His Dam was purchased at the Tattersalls December sale in 2017 by Fittocks Stud for 380,000 gns. She was the winner of 1 race in Germany as well as placing 4 times. She is also a half sister to Group 1 winner Baltic Baroness and Listed winner Baltic Rock. She also has four other half brothers and sisters that are black type. The Grand dam Born Wild was the winner of 1 race at 3yrs and placed 2 times from 4 runs.

He is out of a Dubawi mare who won over a mile on four occassions which included the Listed race ‘Valiant Stakes’ held at Ascot. As a broodmare she has produced three winners from 3 runners so far which have included New Arrangement a winner of 2 races over a mile, Noya a winner of 1 race over 7 furlongs when in training here at Beckhampton and Labhay a winner of 1 race over a mile. The family traces to Legal Case, winner of the Group 1 ‘Dubai Champion Stakes’ and the Group 1 ‘Premio Roma’ held in Italy. After his racing career he then went on to be a stallion at stud in Brazil.

She won the ‘Coronation Stakes’ at Ascot in 2o02 beating Zenda the dam of Kingman and placed 2nd in the ‘Cheveley Park Stakes’ at Newmarket in 2001. More recently the stallions Logician, Group 1 St Leger winner, Cityscape, Group 1 Dubai Duty Free Meydan winner and Bated Breath,Group 2 Temple Stakes winner appear in the family.
