She placed on four occasions and narrowly missed out placing 3rd in the Group 2 Forest Stakes at Ascot (She finished 4th with less than a length between the horse who finished 3rd). Clermont Ferrand is a half sibling to 2 winners with one of them now being the dam of Steinman. She is a Group 2 and Group 3 winner in Australia as well as being Group 1 placed. She is a full sister to Sophisticat a winner of 3 races from 12 runs including 7 placings. She won the ‘Coronation Stakes’ at Ascot in 2o02 beating Zenda the dam of Kingman and placed 2nd in the ‘Cheveley Park Stakes’ at Newmarket in 2001. The grand dam Serena’s Song was a winner of 10 races which included 9 Grade 1 races in America.

More recently the stallions Logician, Group 1 St Leger winner, Cityscape, Group 1 Dubai Duty Free Meydan winner and Bated Breath,Group 2 Temple Stakes winner appear in the family. The sire Time Test stands at the National Stud and won up to Group 2 level when in training here.
