Magical Merlin heads to Epsom

Today we send 5 year old Magical Merlin to Epsom to run in the ‘Saddle Up With Snug Handicap’. Having had 23 career starts which has included 2 wins and 8 placings. This season he has had 3 starts and has placed 2nd on 2 of those occasions over a mile and 7 furlongs. Today merlin is back over a mile in a field of 9 runners and has a draw of 5, blinkers have been applied and Millie Wonnacott takes the ride as well as claiming 5lbs. In his career he has had 2 starts at Epsom and placed both times, hopefully today he can look to go one better.
