King’s Gambit makes his first apperance in Group company

Today we send out two runners between Royal Ascot and Lingfield.

King’s Gambit is our first runner of the day and heads to Royal Ascot to run in the Group 3 ‘Hampton Court Stakes’ for owner Mohammed Jaber. He is a 3 year old colt by Saxon Warrior and has had 3 career starts so far. This has included 2 wins and a 2nd place. He made his 3 year old debut at newbury in the London Gold Cup Handicap in which he put in a very impressive performance to win the race by 4 lengths. The race today has a field of 4 runners and he has been drawn 7, Although it is a big step in grade for him today he is a nice horse and hopefully we will see another strong run from him. So Quiet is our second runner of the day and heads to Lingfield to run in the ‘Get The Inside Track With raceday-ready.com Handicap ‘ for owners Turf Club 2022 Racing. He is a 3 year old gelding by Zoustar who has won 1 out of his 4 starts so far. He was denied a clear run in a valuable Class 2 last month. Today he heads into the race well and hopefully will get a clearer run. The race has a field of 9 runners and he has been drawn 1. Pierre – Louis Jamin takes the ride.
